Bars- 5 straddle backs! Mat over w/ stack. X 2 below 4. Mental spot. 4/5 early release.

Conditioning- 1x7 handstand pushups off tumble trak
- 1x30 sec wide behind the head hang hold
- 20 bounce hand on bar over tumble trak
- 20 bounce-hand-feet on tumble trak
