Newest goals:1. 30 minute time at the Corporate Challenge June 18 (3.5 miles, 5 minutes faster than last year)
2. Start gymnastics again
3 mile run (30 minutes)
Quick stretch
With machine at 50 lbs, 3 sets of 10 dips, 2 sets of 10 pullups (overgrip)
2x10 Rope pull downs with 50 lbs
2x10 Bicep curls with machine 40 lbs
2x10 Pushups off feet. Slightly cheating (halfway down)
Full Stretch
